Victoria Ainsle Pratt (born December 18, 1970 in Chesley, Ontario) is a Canadian actress and fitness model. She graduated summa cum laude in Kinesiology at Toronto's York University and took at job there in the Human Performance Lab, testing such professional athletes including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Winnipeg Jets and San Jose Sharks. She was offered a scholarship to the physiotherapy Master's program at the University of Toronto but declined the offer. She co-authored a book about bodybuilding and fitness with one of her former university professors. Robert Kennedy, publisher of MuscleMag, convinced her to study acting and she began attending classes at the Actors Network in Toronto. She began to land acting roles in 1998, including the science-fiction tv shows Once a Thief (as Jackie Janczyk), Cleopatra 2525 (as Sarge) and Mutant X (as Shalimar Fox). |
