Teri Lynn Hatcher (born December 8, 1964 in Sunnyvale, California) is an American actress. She gained attention for her role as Lois Lane in the television series Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman co-staring with Dean Cain. Hatcher achieved her greatest fame to date starring in the show Desperate Housewives. Hatcher's father was a nuclear physicist and her mother was a computer scientist (both of English descent). She attended Fremont High School in Sunnyvale. In 1994, she married actor Jon Tenney; they had a daughter, Emerson Rose, and later divorced. |
