Rachel Skarsten (born April 23, 1985 in Toronto) is a Canadian actress.

Skarsten studied ballet in Toronto Royal Academy of Dance and instrumental music at Claude Watson School for the Arts where she was the featured cellist in the orchestra. Later she was hired to play Jess in the television series "Little Men" and Dinah Lance in the television series "Birds of Prey."

Skarsten also enjoys skiing, skating, white-water rafting, swimming, horse riding and plays goalie for a hockey team that won the Toronto City championships. She is an avid supporter of organic products and biodynamic living, exemplified by her passion for growing her own vegetables. She has a book of Haikus to be published in March of 2007.
