Natalie Blair (born 16 April 1984), is an Australian actress who plays Carmella Cammenetti on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. In 2005 she won the logie for Popular New Female Talent at the 47th Annual TV Week Logie Awards.

Born in Brisbane, Blair is the daughter of Maureen and John Blair, and has siblings named Brenton and Nicole. She also has a pet border collie named Smudgey.
