Natalia Livingston (born March 26, 1976 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania) is an American soap opera actress. She plays Emily Bowen-Quartermaine Cassadine on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital. The role of Emily was originated by Amber Tamblyn (Joan of Arcadia). The character is the adopted daughter of Doctors Alan and Monica Quartermaine. Livingston took over the role of Emily in April 2003. Natalia had an uncredited role in the 2002 film Big Fat Liar starring Frankie Muniz and Amanda Bynes . On May 20, 2005 Livingston won her first Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Supporting Actress" on General Hospital. Natalia had once dated her General Hospital on-screen husband Tyler Christopher. On July 31, 2005, Soap Opera Weekly reported that Natalia and Tyler had broken up, and General Hospital executives and producers are breaking up their characters. Sometime around Christmas, the couple allegedly reunited. |
