Laura Kightlinger (born June 13, 1969, in Jamestown, New York, USA) is an American comedian. She hosted Stand-Up Stand-Up on Comedy Central. Kightlinger also works as a writer and consulting producer on Will & Grace. She also has a recurring guest role on the series as Sheila, a nurse at a fertility clinic. She has also been a writer for the MTV animated series Daria and for the 20th season of Saturday Night Live. During that season, she also played various characters in the sketches. Kightlinger currently dates actor Jack Black.
