Krista was born in Ventura California on April 5, 1972, and was raised near Houston, Texas. Her mother and father divorced when she was very young, but the experience didn't leave any scars on her, or her siblings. Both of her parents eventually got re-married. When Krista was a teenager, she began to model locally in Texas. She also modeled professionally for companies like Montgomery Ward and Budweiser. She was given the title of "Texas Budweiser Girl" and was featured in their national ads gracing billboards, catelogs and even a calendar! She eventually became a celebrity in her home town and the state of Texas. While working as an aerobics instructer, Krista studied at the University of Texas to become a kindergarten teacher. |
