Kate Ritchie (born August 14, 1978 in Goulburn, New South Wales) is an Australian actress on the television soap opera Home and Away. She has played the character Sally Fletcher since the series began in 1988; with fellow original cast member Ray Meagher, it is the longest continuous role in an Australian television series.
