Debra Jo Fondren is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's playmate of the month in September, 1977, and Playmate of the Year 1978. A favorite of many photographers thanks to her remarkably long hair, which fell past her knees, she enjoyed a small measure of success in Hollywood, with small guest star roles on a number of TV series, such as Pink Lady and Fantasy Island. She faded from public view for much of the 1980s, but resumed modelling for Playboy in the mid-1990s, her hair now shoulder-length and red. She also appeared in the memorable Playboy home video Playmates in Paradise, posing and performing with models fifteen years her junior.
