Yavarum Nalam (13-B in Hindi) (2008) is a forthcoming high budget bilingual film directed by Vikram K. Kumar of Alai fame. The film stars Madhavan and Neetu Chandra in the lead roles. Produced by Sujatha Cine Arts for Adlabs and music scored by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Yavarum Nalam is slated for release in August. The movie is currently under post-production.

Yavarum Nalam is a thriller, all about some mysterious happenings in an 13th floor apartment complex. Madhavan's character is the only person to be aware of the things around. How he saves his family forms the crux.

Esha Deol and Kareena Kapoor were originally considered for the lead role, which eventually went to Neetu Chandra, who makes her debut in Kollywood.
