Waist Deep is an American action film released on June 23, 2006. The protagonist is a man known as O2, a convict recently released from jail whose son is kidnapped during a carjacking. The movie deals with his attempts to retrieve his son from a gang with which he is already on bad terms.

This movie marked the acting debut of rapper The Game.

Waist Deep grossed $9,404,180 from 1,004 theaters with a $9,366 average in its opening weekend. Altogether, the film grossed $21,344,312, making it a commercial flop.
