A grizzly bear named Boog (Martin Lawrence), domesticated by a park ranger, Beth, helps deer friend Elliot (Ashton Kutcher) escape from the mullet-sporting hunter, Shaw. Elliott and Boog develop a strong bond not only between themselves but also with the wild animals and attempt to drive the hunters out of the forest. The film opened to a suprise estimate of 23 million. It is guessed, that 25 million will be it's total for it 1st week, in over 3,833 theaters.
