Album Review

Laugh Now, Cry Later is an Ice Cube album that was released on June 6, 2006 on his record label Da Lench Mob Records. He is currently touring to promote the album. Ice Cube said in an interview that he was attempting to give the album an 'old school' sound, like his first two solo albums (AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted and Death Certificate).

The album will feature a few songs with West Coast hip hop rapper Snoop Dogg, as well as WC and Lil Jon.

The album will not feature any production from Dr. Dre as previously thought. However, Ice Cube hasn't ruled out Dr. Dre in any other future projects, including another N.W.A. album.

The album contains 20 tracks, with the street single and accompanying video "Chrome & Paint" already released. The first official single is the Scott Storch produced "Why We Thugs."
